Don't wait to register! A $20.00 late fee will be added if you register after 8/21.
Any player who is registered after 8/21 is not guaranteed to have a uniform shirt ready in time for their first game.
PLAYER EVALUATIONS:
Baseball: We ask that all players in AAA and Majors attend ONE of the evaluation days. They will take place on Tuesday, August 20th, and Wednesday, August 21st on Don Ball Baseball Field from (AAA) 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm and (Majors) 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm.
Softball: All softball players are asked to attend ONE of the evaluation days on August 18th or August 21st at Vets field. Additional information about time slots will be sent out to all registered participants the week before.
A NOTE TO ALL BASEBALL FAMILIES:
This summer we had the opportunity to work with our Little League District 1 and District 2 surrounding leagues and discuss at length player development across the board. One of the most common themes that came up was the placement of players in each division based on age, ability, etc. As we quickly found out from these surrounding towns, we were the only ones who had players moving up in divisions at such young ages before they were ready for this type of play.
After collaborating and much careful consideration, we are going to use this year as a rebuilding year for our league. This rebuilding year will help our players develop more appropriately before moving on to the next level.
This fall, each player will remain in the division they played for in the spring. We will still be holding evaluations for our AAA and Majors divisions to again ensure our players are appropriately placed based on age, safety, and ability. Thank you for your understanding.
