Concession Stand Help Needed

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We have our own concession stand that is run by volunteers at O’Hara/Vets fields. While we try to have it open for any game at those fields, we can't do it without your help. We've simplified our menu and are working with food sponsors on the weekends to make life easier for those that volunteer!

Register for a time slot online at www.derryll.org under “Volunteering Schedule” on the side menu.

DON'T FORGET - Every shift you work at the concession stand, a credit will be issued to your account for a future spring or fall registration.

COVID Police & Procedures

OUTDOOR PRACTICES/GAMES

Before arrivalparents/guardians please ask yourself the following questions:

  • Does the athlete live with, or has he had contact with, anyone who has been diagnosed with or likely diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
  • Does the athlete have a fever, cough, and/or shortness of breath? Gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea), new loss of taste/smell, muscle aches? Signs of communicable illness such as a cold or flu?

If the answer to any of these questions is YES, please stay home and do not attend the scheduled session.

If you or the athlete feel sick, do not come down to the field or any DDAA event.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

During practice/games and events, the following procedures will be in place:

  • All players are required to wear masks and social distance when not on the field, including the bench.  Players use of a mask on the field is optional.
  • Players should always have a MASK on their person.
  • Players should not share water bottles or food. Dispose of all trash in the designated areas.
  • Benches should not be used during practices, bags should be placed outside of the dugout and spaced out per social distance guidelines.
  • Coaches will always wear masks and maintain social distancing when possible.
  • Spectators/Parents: The DDAA asks that social distancing rules will adhere to when applicable.  Please do NOT approach the fields or benches.   If you need to speak with your athlete, please do so off to the side.  No one is permitted on the field without volunteer DDAA board approval.

Please note: While DDAA does not require players wear masks during game play, opposing teams MAY require masks during game play in other towns, please be prepared.

DDAA is following the guidance of the State of NH and NH Little League and Babe Ruth, rules are subject to change.
