Dear Potential Derry Little League Sponsor,
Every year, when “Spring” rolls around, Derry Little League is
faced with the task of soliciting sponsors to help defray the costs of
operating 40+ baseball and softball teams. These teams provide a safe, structured
and enjoyable environment for nearly 600 of Derry’s players and their families.
We ask that you please consider participating in “America’s Past-time” and help
support Derry Little League.
We are in the process of soliciting our sponsorships for the
upcoming 2012 season and would like to give you the opportunity to secure yours.
We are very aware of today’s economic struggles for businesses so we have
various options available to fit any and all budgets. All we ask is that you
help support in any way you can.
Typically, each team in Derry Little League plays 15-20 games,
including playoffs and finals. These games are well attended by Derry
residents, as well as out-of-town residents and relatives.

The following is a list of the various Sponsorship options:
I. Gold - $800 per sponsor per team ($150 savings)
The gold Package includes the following:

Option # III: Team Sponsors have their company name
imprinted on the player’s baseball apparel. The sponsor’s name is mentioned in
newspaper accounts of the games, usually published on a weekly basis, as well
as the details of the web-site.

Option # IV: Large 4’ by 8’
professionally prepared sign which is prominently displayed for the duration of
the season at our premier O’Hara Field ballpark. Your logo and or message will
reach the parents & friends of the players from 20 or more teams each week.

V: Our web site banner program
provides direct link advertising on our web-site: www.derryll.org.
The site averages over 4000 visits per week during the spring, summer, and fall
seasons, and around 1500 visits during the off season. Our webmaster will
create a specially designed sponsorship banner, which allows our web visitors
the option to click on your banner taking them directly to your web-site. This
is an outstanding way to advertise your business, while simultaneously

II. Silver - $500 per sponsor
per team ($100 savings)
