For the 3rd year in a row, Derry Little League has partnered with a terrific organization that allows us to take online registrations AND payments. What does this mean for you?

1. Save time
Register from any internet-connected computer. Whether you're at home or at the office, if you can get online, you can register. No more worries about missing a registration day — register when it's most convenient for you.

2. Save your registration information
When you register online, all your personal information is securely stored in our database. Need to add a player? Registering for a new season? All your information will be available to you — no more re-entering data or filling out new forms. Plus, SportsSignUp don't hold credit card or other sensitive data.

Player registration is NOT complete until all forms and payment have been received.


As many of you know, in 2009 Derry Little League began an aggressive fundraising campaign.  The ultimate goal of the campaign is to improve fields, facilities and anything else that will add to our player’s baseball experience.  We intend to continue our fundraising efforts in 2012 and well beyond.

With that said, we are currently planning several events for the upcoming season.  The first fundraiser we are running is the "Calendar Fundraiser" which begins at registration.  Here is how it works:

Each family is required to pre-purchase 1 set of 4 calendars for a cost of $40 (each calendar will sell for $10), this will be done at registration. The players and/or parents can sell the calendars for $10 per calendar or purchase them outright and fill out the ticket stubs with their own names.  All funds collected from the sale of the tickets are kept by the player/parent since the tickets were pre-purchased.

Ticket stubs must be turned in to the Concession Stand at O'Hara Field up until April 28th, 2012.

 

Total Registration break down (this includes 1 set of 4 calendars ):

·         1 Player - $125.00

·         2 Players - $210.00

·         3+Players - $295.00

(Again, each family will only have to purchase 1 set of 4 calendars).

On-line Registration and On-line payment is the preferred method of Registration.

This simplifies the registration process as well as reduces the risk of errors. Payment is accepted in the form of credit card only (checks are accepted at walk in registration only).

For those who wish to register in person there will still be two walk-in registration dates:

 

Ø  First Registration:  Saturday, February 4th, 2012

Ø  Location & Time:    Grinnell Elementary School from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

 

Ø  Second Registration:  Saturday, February 11th, 2012

Ø  Location & Time:    Grinnell Elementary School from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

 

There is absolutely no mail-in registration. Please do not send any payment or registration information to the DLL PO Box. It will not be honored and will be sent back to you and your child will not be considered registered.


Player participation cannot be guaranteed for those who register after February 11th, 2012.  (In some cases, being placed on the waiting list could result in the player being removed from that players' 2011 Majors, or Seniors Team Roster.)

VERY IMPORTANT FOR ON-LINE REGISTRATION!

This website is to register for Derry Little League Baseball and Softball.


When registering on-line you must be able to produce an order/reference number when your registration and payment is complete. This will appear on your final receipt and assure that your child is registered. If you cannot find an order/reference number on your receipt your child is not registered and does not exist in the data base and therefore is not placed on a team or draft list because we have no idea he/she exists. If you feel you have completed the on-line registration and cannot produce an order number/email confirmation please contact Nick Branchina (nbranchinan@derryll.org)Please resolve this matter immediately and do not wait and jeopardize your child's placement. Please be sure to check and make sure this number appears on your receipt immediately after you register your child.

In the "Parent Information" section of the Derry Little League on-line registration process you will be prompted to enter a "day" and "evening" phone number. Please put your home or main phone number in both spaces.

 

PLEASE ALSO UPDATE YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS SO YOU CAN RECEIVE INFORMATION THROUGHOUT THE YEAR FROM DERRY LITTLE LEAGUE, SEVERAL E-MAIL ADDRESSES GET KICKED BACK TO US BECAUSE OF INVALID E-MAILS.

 
By following these guidelines our registration and communication process will be much more efficient.

 

Refund Policy:  "I/We understand that requests for refundable registration fees are to be made in writing and are subject to review. If approved, refunds will processed ASAP."
